Lemonade Extract

  • 10 cups white sugar
  • 1 oz tartaric acid
  • 2 oz citric acid (4 tbsp)
  • 2 tbsp Epsom salts
  • 3 oranges squeezed juice
  • 2 or more lemons squeezed juice
  • 3 pints boiling water



Step 1

Pour boiling water on sugar, salts and acids. Stir until dissolved. Allow to cool. Add squeezed orange and lemon juice. Let stand overnight. Makes about 4 cups of extract. To serve, pour about 3 tbsp of extract and fill glass with water.
