Ingredients
- 3 cups rhubarb(cut 1 inch pieces)
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 3/4-1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk

Step 1
arrange rhubarb in 9 x 9 pan, place marshmallows on rhubarb, sprinkle sugar over mixture. cream shortening and 1 cup sugar, add eggs and beat well. sift flour, salt and baking powder. add alternately with milk and shortening. pour over rhubarb. serve with whipped cream.
