Ingredients

  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1 T. minced garlic
  • 1/2 t. dried basil
  • 1/2 t. dried marjoram
  • 1/2 t. dried rosemary
  • 1/2 t. dried dill weed
  • 1/2 t. dried thyme
  • 1/2 t. dried oregano
  • 1/2 t. dried parsley
  • 1/2 t. crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 4 large potatoes, cubed

Step 1

Preheat oven to 475 degrees. In large bowl, combine oil, garlic and spices. Stir in potatoes until evenly coated. Place potatoes in single layer on baking sheet. Roast 20-30 minutes, turning occasionally to brown on all sides.
