  • 1 cup uncooked fine egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp chicken-flavored bouillon
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dried whole thyme
  • 1/8 tsp celery seeds
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 2 cups cooked diced turkey

Preparation

Step 1

bring water to boil in large stockpot. Add dry soup mix, carrots, celery and onion;cover and reduce heat. simmer for 15 minutes.

discard bay leaf. stir in turkey and simmer additional 5 minutes.
