Natalie's bd cake

Ingredients

• Cream together:
• Combine 2/3 cups milk with 1 Tbsp of vinegar (set aside)
• 3/4 cups butter/margarine
• 1 2/3 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• stir in 1-1/4 cups of pureed banana
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Sift together:
• 2 cups flour
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 1-1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Divide batter into 2 greased pans.

Bake 350 for 40 to 45 minutes

COCOA BANANA FROSTING

1/4 cup melted butter with 1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup pureed banana
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups sifted icing sugar

Mix well and spread over cake.
