    large cans sweet potatoes

  • ¼

    cup OJ

  • Cinnamon

  • Nut Meg

  • ½

    cup - ¾ cup brown sugar

  • 3 to 4

    tbs butter

  • handful of mini marshmellows


drain 1 can of sweet potatoes, drain 1/2 the liquid out of second can. pour into large sauce pan on Medium heat - heat them break them down with masher for about 5 min let summer about 1 hour on low covered when soft and mushy add 1/4 cup of OJ, Cinnamon, nutmeg, 1/2 - 3/4 cup brown sugar, 3-4 tbs butter and handful of marshmallows Mix all together pour into casserole dish, cover with saran wrap and tin foil. can leave on counter if using same day or put in re fridge if using next day. bring to room temp, add a few pats of butter to top and base 350 for 1/2 hr until warm throughout. Top with mini marshmallows and bake until browned.
