Directions

BOIL FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS TO 300 DEGREES ON A CANDY THERMOMETER ADD MOST OF THE CRUSHED CASHEWS (RESERVING A SMALL AMOUNT TO SPRINKLE ON TOP OF THE CHOCOLATE) POUR ONTO GREASED ALUMINUM FOIL AND PLACE ANOTHER GREASED SHEET OF ALUMINUM FOIL OVER THE TOP USE A ROLLING PIN TO CAREFULLY ROLL IT THIN LET COOL FROST WITH MELTED CHOCOLATE & SPRINKLE WITH RESERVED CRUSHED CASHEWS BREAK INTO PIECES WHEN CHOCOLATE IS FIRM & SET
