- 2 lbs. sweet or hot Italian sausage links
- 1 jar Ragú® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 8 hoagie rolls
- 8 slices Provolone cheese

Preparation
Step 1
DIRECTIONS
1.In a skillet, brown the sausage on all sides, then drain.
2.Place sausage, onion, peppers, Ragú® Old World Style® Traditional Sauce and Italian seasoning in slow cooker.
3.Cook on high 4-5 hours or low 6-7 hours.
4.Serve sausage and peppers on hoagie rolls, topped with cheese.
