Ingredients
- COCONUT FILLING:
- 2 egg whites / dash salt
- Beat egg whites and salt till foamy;
- Add:
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Beat to form stiff peaks.
- Stir in 2 cups coconut
- CHOCOLATE CAKE:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 - 3 oz. Instant chocolate pudding
- 2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup oil
- Put half batter in greased Bundt pan; then coconut layer; then rest of batter.
- Bake @ 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
