1. Mix together all ingredients except for mozzarella cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. little smokies
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 slices bread, torn into pieces
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Honey Vinaigrette

Whisk together in bowl or shake to mix in cruet
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 1/3 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 c red wine OR tarragon vinegar
- 1/3 c honey
- 1 Tbsp dijon
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
