- 2 tablespoons dark rum, divided
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
- 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
Hazy Waters Cheddar-Topped Shepherd's Pie

- 2 pounds baking potatoes (about 4), peeled and thinly sliced
- Coarse salt and ground pepper
- 1 clove garlic, whole
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, such as safflower
- 6 medium carrots, halved lengthwise, quartered if large, and thinly sliced
- 6 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Savory
- 2 pounds ground beef chuck
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp white cheddar (6 ounces)
Mint Green Tea

- 1/2 cup Green Tea (Gunpowder preferred)

The Best Easy Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry

1 In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 2 tablespoons water and garlic powder until smooth
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch, divided
- 1/2 cup water, plus 2 tablespoons water, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lb boneless round steak, cut into thin 3-inch strips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 small onion, cut into wedges
- 1/3 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- hot cooked rice
Hazy Waters Pork Rib Marinade

Mix all ingredients and place in a container or large bag
- 2 cups Cider Vinegar
- 2 cups Water
- 3 tbls Corn Syrup
- 2 tbls Sugar Cure
- 1 tbls Honey
- 1 tbls Minced Garlic
- 1 tbls Quick Tender
- 1 tsp Hickory Powder or liquid Smoke
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 2 tbls Rib Rub
Marinated Rib Eye Steaks

This is an easy marinade for delicious, tender steaks
- 1/3 cup hot water
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 2 (12 ounce) rib eye steaks (about 1 inch thick)
Hot Buttered Rum Coffee Liqueur

In a heavy pan, dissolve the white and brown sugar in the water over low heat
- 3 cups strong hot buttered rum coffee
- 3 cups granulated white sugar
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 3 vanilla bean, split lengthwise
- 6 cups warm water
- 1 750 ml bottle of rum
- 1 750 ml bottle of vodka
- 1 750 ml bottle of vanilla vodka
- 1/2 tsp liquid artificial butter flavor
- 1 empty 3-5 gallon container
Cilantro-Lime Cucumber Salad

1.Dice the jalapeno and garlic and add to a medium-sized bowl
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cucumbers, very finely sliced (see photos)
