Creamy Feta Salad Dressing and Dip

This makes a creamy, rich salad dressing that is also great as a dip
- 5 ounces feta cheese
- 1/4 cup buttermilk or 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill (or 1/4 tsp. dried)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper
COLD REMEDY

1. Roast flax seeds, add rock candy then grind to a powder form (grandulated) Take 5-10 teas

HERBED ZUCCHINI SOUP

Place broth, zucchini and dill in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil over high heat
- 3 CUPS REDUCED SODIUM CHICKEN BROTH
- 1 1/2 POUNDS ZUCCHINI (ABOUT 3 MEDIUM). CUT INTO 1 INCH PIECES
- 1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED FRESH DILL OR 1 TEAS. DRIED
- 3/4 CUPS SHREDDED REDUCED FAT CHEDDAR CHEESE (3 OZ)
- 1/4 TEA SALT
- 1/4 TEA FRESHLY GROUND PEPPER
- 1/2 TEA EMIRLS ESSENSE
STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM

Put 1 cup strawberries into food processor until chopped
- 1 pound bag frozen strawberries (slightly thawed)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tea. vanilla
- 1 cup greek yogurt
Kale, Spinach and goat cheese pasta

Instructions Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- 1/2 lb dry pasta
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1-2 cloves fresh garlic, finely sliced
- 1 medium yellow or sweet onion, minced
- 3 cups (packed) kale leaves, rough stems removed and chopped
- 3 cups (packed) spinach leaves
- 3 oz goat cheese, crumbled
- 3 oz Parmesan cheese, finely grated or powdered
- kosher salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste*
Lemon Pepper Zucchini

Directions Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
- 2 zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon pepper
MARINATED OLIVES (BLACK OR GREEN)
