  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped - some reserved for garnish
  • 1/2 white onion, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • Salsa or Hot Sauce, optional
