- 4 Cups Broccoli, Fresh Floweret's
- 4 Cups Rice
SWEET POTATO CAKE

- 1 Box of Betty Crocker yellow cake mix
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup cooked & mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 1/2 Tsp Pumpkin pie spice
Chocolate Iceing for German Choc-cake

- 1 large can of Carnation milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup of butter - 1 stick
Baked Breakfast Egg Dish

- 1 8oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 pkg Gelatin in 3 Tbsp cold water
- 1 Cup Celery chopped
- 2 green onions chopped
- 1 Can Crab pr 1 1/2 cups fresh crab
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise

- 1 1/4 Cups Oatmeal - Quaker oats
- 3/4 Cups Whole Wheat flour
- 1/2 Cups Wheat flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 3 egg White - beaten
- 2 1/4 Cups buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- Fresh berries - Honey - syrup
