- 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried marjoram

- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Sauce - Townline BBQ Sauce

- 3 Quarts (1 Quart)
- 1/4 pound butter (2 Tbsp + 1 1/2 tsp)
- ¾ cup minced onion (1/4 Cup)
- ½ cup minced garlic (2 Tbsp + 1 1/2 tsp)
- Zest of 2 lemons (zest from 1/2 lemon)
- 5 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (1 Tbsp + 2 tsp)
- 4 ¼ cups ketchup (1 1/2 Cups)
- 1 cup tomato juice (1/3 Cup)
- ¾ cup light brown sugar (1/4 Cup)
- 6 tablespoons molasses (2 Tbsp)
- ½ cup Worcestershire sauce (1/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
- ½ cup chili powder (2 1/2 Tbsp)
- 4 tablespoons white wine vinegar (1 Tbsp + 1 tsp)
- 1 ½ tablespoons chipotle puree (1 1/2 tsp)
- Pinch of kosher salt
