- 1-1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt
- Fresh-ground black pepper
- For the Pasta and Shrimp:
- 3/4 pound medium pasta shells
- 1 pound large shrimp, shelled and halved lengthwise
- For the Dressing:
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 3/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 3 ounces shredded curly endive (about 2-1/2 cups)
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Hearty Vegetable Stew Seasoned with Beef

- 5 cups cubed day-old bread
- 1/2 cup chopped peeled apple
- 1/2 cup fat-free whipped topping
- 1/2 cup fat-free caramel ice cream topping
Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Casserole

- Cinnamon Oat Nut Topping:
- 2 cups half-and-half or milk
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup peeled chopped apple
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons dried cherries
- Cinnamon Oat Nut Topping, recipe follows
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 3 tablespoons oats
- Butter, to dot the top
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until well combined

- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup quinoa flour
- 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs or 4 large graham crackers, finely crushed
