- 4 * 4 bay leaves
- 3 1/2 * 3 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
- 1 * 1 pound smoked sausage or andouille, cut crosswise into 1-inch slices
