Plantation Supper

IN large skillet over medium heat, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (15 1/2oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (10 3/4oz) condensed cream of muishroom soup, undiluted
- 1 package (8oz) cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 1/2 cup uncooked wide egg noodles
Paeppy Cocktail Sauce

Chill in fridge
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 tspn worcestershire sauce
- a few drops tabasco
- 1 tblspn prepared horseradish
- 1 tblspn lemon juice
- 1 tspn onion juice
- 1 tblspn sugar
- 1/4 tspn accent
Mohammad's Bisteeya

Has to simmer for 1 1/2 hours
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 small chickens, rinsed
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 large onion, peeled and chopped
- Quarter-sized chunk fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 8 large eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 pound almonds
- 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 package phyllo dough, defrosted if frozen
- 1/2 pound butter, melted
Cashew Chicken

Mix the sauce ingredients
- Sauce:
- 6oz uncooked white meat chicken
- 1/4 pound raw cashews
- 4oz cut up celery
- 1/2 pound snow peas
- 2oz sliced mushrooms
- 2oz bamboo shoots (sliced)
- 6oz sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 tspn white wine
- Cornstarch to taste (about 1/2 tspn)
- Add soy sauce
