- 1 package Pillsbury Moist Supreme Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 (16 oz.) can sliced pears in light syrup, drained
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup chopped macadamia nuts or pecans
- 2 teaspoons water
- 1 (17oz.) jar butterscotch caramel fudge ice-cream topping

- BREADING:
- 1 1/4 pound canned pink salmon, bones and skin removed
- 1 1/4 pound haddock or cod, cooked
- 1 1/4 pound potatoes boiled and shredded or diced
- 1 jumbo white onion, peeled and shredded
- 2 extra large eggs
- 2/3 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 pound crushed saltine crackers
- 1/2 pound all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/8 pounds crushed saltine crackers
- Vegetable oil, for deep frying
7-up cake

Pour 7-up into a cup slowly to retain bubbles, but not have a lot of foam on top
- Frosting:
- 1 package White or yellow cake mix
- 1 package Lemon jello (or pineapple)
- 4 Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 1 cup 7-Up
- 2 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons 7-Up
- 1 cup granulated sugar
