Cover cucumber with salt. Refrigerate for 3 hours
- 3-4 large cucumber, peeled and sliced thin
- 1/2 t accent
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 table water
- 3/4 c cider vinegar
- 1/2 lb popcorn Shrimp
Pizza Cookie

Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy
- 3/4 Cup Margarine
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa or 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup plain M&M's
- 1/4 cup coconut (optional)
Easy chicken pot pie

Mix all ingredients in place in pie plate between two crusts
- 1 box ready to use pie crusts (2crusts)
- 2 cans mixed vegetables kr veg-all
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 lg can chicken
- Salt and pepper
Cheddar Chowder

Add water or broth to vegetable add salt and pepper
- 2 cups boiling water (or chicken broth)
- 2 cups chopped Potatoes
- 1/2 cup carrot slices
- 1/2 cup celery slices
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped ham
Magic Cookie Bars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 for glass dish
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (14 oz) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1 (6 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (3 1/2 oz) can flaked coconut (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Breakfast egg casserole

Place bread in bottom of casserole dish, pour mixture on top
- 1 lb bacon crisp and crushed 3 c of ham can be substituted
- 3 T flour
- 1 t dry mustard
- 3 T butter
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 6 slices of bread white crust removed
Breakfast cream cheese pastry

Roll out 1 can of rolls and place in bottom of casserole
- 2 can crescent rolls
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 c sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 egg yolk
- Cinnamon/sugar and butter
Canyon Ranch Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, cold
- 1/3 cup low-fat cream cheese, cold
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 large egg yolks
- 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup whole-wheat flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chips, about 6 ounces
Beef Tenderloin with Adobo Paste

- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

- 1 clove garlic, minced
