Lightly season the shrimp all over with salt and pepper
- 1 1 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined - leave the tails on (if desired)
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

- 1 1 1 cup of quality dry white wine (don't use cooking wine!)

- 1 cup of chicken broth (I used 1 tsp of Chicken Better Than Bouillon + 1 cup of water)
- Garlic Butter Sauce, for dipping (enough for 4 lbs of crab legs)
- 4 tbsp (1/2 stick) of salted or unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp of Garlic Better Than Bouillon (OR 1 tsp of minced garlic)

Cinnamon Apple Crumb Pie

1.Pre-heat oven to 350 2.Filling: peel & core apples
- PIE:
- 6 medium cooking apples; (about 2 lbs)
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbs flour
- 2 tsp lemon juice
