Chicken Stir Fry & Fried Rice

Pour sesame oil into skillet & heat on medium-high heat
- 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cubed
- 1 Medium Onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- Salt/pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1/3 cup + 2 Tbs Soy Sauce
- 2 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 cup Frozen Broccoli Crowns
- 6 cups Prepared Rice
- 2 Eggs, beaten well
Chocolate Raspberry Dessert

Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking pan
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine , softened
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1-1/2 cups HERSHEY'S Syrup *

Barbecue Beef Fajitas

Mix 1 cup barbecues, line juice and water in small bowl
- 1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce, divided
- 1/4 cup lime juice or lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 pound beef flank steak
- 1 each medium green and red pepper, cut lengthwise into quarters
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 flour tortillas (10 inch) or 8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
Mexican Skillet Rice

In large skillet coated with cooking spray, cook and stir egg over medium-high heat until set
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pound chicken tenderloins, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups cooked jasmine or long grain rice
- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (11 ounces) Mexicorn, drained
- 1 jar (7 ounces) roasted sweet red peppers, drained and sliced
- 1 jar (8 ounces) taco sauce
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro

1. In an electric or stand mixer, cream the sugar and butter
- Frosting:
- 2 Cups sugar
- 1 Cup butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 6 Cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 tablespoons softened butter, (slice 2 Tablespoons 6 times totaling 12 tablespoons)
- 1 1/2 Cups packed light brown sugar, divided into 1/4 Cups
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons ground cinnamon, divided
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/2 Cup powdered sugar
- 2-4 Tablespoons milk, to thin icing

- 1 box cooked-type lemon pie filling (use those leftover egg yolks) made according to package directions - cover with plastic wrap and chill.
