Applesauce Pulled Pork

Season pork with salt and pepper; arrange in a large slow cooker
- 3 to 4 lbs. country-style pork ribs, cut into 6 pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. cinnamon applesauce
- 18-oz. bottle barbecue sauce
- Optional: 6 sandwich buns, split
Homemade Hash

In large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and saute onions 3 to 4 minutes, or until tender
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
- 2 medium-sized onions, diced
- 3 cups diced boiled potatoes (3 to 4 large potatoes) (see Notes)
- 3 cups diced cooked corned beef (about 1 pound)
