Gooseberry Patch Eclair Cake

Combine water and butter in saucepan; heat until boiling
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. milk
- 2 3-oz. pkgs. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 8-oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Garnish: chocolate syrup
Nut and Cinnamon Danish

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 (17.3-ounce) package buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Frozen Chocolate Chunk Cookie Mud Pie

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- 1 package Pepperidge Farm Nantucket Crispy Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies, any crispy variety
- 1/4 cup butter, melted (1/2 stick)
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 jar (about 11.75 ounces) hot fudge topping
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, toasted
- Whipped cream or non-dairy whipped topping (optional)
Gandule Rice

- 2-3 2-3 2-3 T. sofrito
- 1 1 1 can gandules, drained
- 1 1 1 T. tomato paste
- 1 1 1 pkg. sazon
- 2 2 2 c. water

- 4 sheets foil, prepared as above
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 to 1 1/4 lb.), cut in /2-inch strips
- 1 package (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables
- Hot cooked rice

- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbsp. butter

Honey Pork Tenderloin Kabobs
