Spicy Chicken & Mushrooms

1. Prepare a 9” baked one-crust pie crust according to package directions
- Blueberry Filling:
- 1/2 package refrigerated pie crust (I like Pillsbury brand)

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 6 tablespoons granulated no-calorie sweetener (sweetener tips**)

1. Heat oven to 350°F for shiny metal or glass pan (or 325°F for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 box Betty Crocker® Super Moist® white cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons mint extract
- 3 egg whites
- 12 drops green food color
- 2 jars (16 oz each) hot fudge topping
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 5 drops yellow food color
- Thin rectangular crème de menthe chocolate candies, unwrapped and cut into pieces, if desired

In a mixing bowl, beat together the butter and sugars until creamy
- For the Cookie Dough:
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie chunks
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- For the Cheesecake:
- 1 package cream cheese, softened (8 oz.)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- For the Topping:
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon shortening, divided
- 1/4 cup Oreo cookie crumbs
