- Cake:
- 1 box Angel Food Cake Mix
- 1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 cup canned pure pumpkin
- 1 cup water
- Whipped Cream:
- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Garnish:
- Ground cinnamon stick or additional pumpkin pie spice

- 1 pound loaf peasant bread
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
