Chicken Parmesan Tuscany

Place Bisquick in large resealable food-storage plastic bag
- 1/4 cup cup Bisquick® Gluten Free mix
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, flattened slightly
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup gluten-free shredded Parmesan cheese (4 oz)
- 1 can (18 oz) Progresso® High Fiber chicken Tuscany soup
- Hot cooked gluten-free spaghetti, if desired
Chamorro Chicken Curry

It's easy to make homemade curry with carrots and potatoes
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 (3 1/2–4 pound) package chicken drumsticks
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons salt (adjust for taste in the end)
- 1 1/2 heaping Tbsp. Garlic powder
- 1 1/2 heaping tablespoons onion powder
- 1/2 heaping teaspoons black pepper
- 2 teaspoons heaping Accent
- 3 to 4 heaping tablespoons curry powder
- 9 cups water
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
Woolworth's Frito Pie

Cook bacon in heavy skillet until fat is rendered
- 2 slices bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1 teaspoon salt (more or less to taste)
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cup water (more if necessary)
- 1 cup canned pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 5 cups Fritos corn chips
- 1/2 pound Cheddar or Monterey jack, shredded
- Optional: chopped onion and diced fresh jalapenos for garnish

- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 2 fresh carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 small onion, coarsely chopped
- 5 1/4 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1 2/3 cups reduced-fat biscuit baking mix

Bow Tie Pasta and Chicken Casserole

Panda Express Shanghai Angus Steak

Add the sliced beef to a bowl with one tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
- 16 ounces sirloin steak , cut into 1 inch long bites that are 1/2 inch thick
- 12 ounces fresh green beans , trimmed
- 1/2 medium white onion , sliced into 1 inch wedges
- 8 ounces sliced white mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1/2 cup Chinese Rice Wine
- 4 teaspoons Kecap Manis
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Pork with Garlic Ginger Sauce

Put all the ingredients for the dressing together and stir well until sugar has completely dissolved
- 4 small boneless pork chops (about 1lb)
