GUAVA CREAM CHEESE PIE

Combine crumb crust ingredients in small bowl
- Crumb Crust:
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup graham cracker crumbs
- Filling:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
- 1 Cup whipping cream
- 3/4 Cup powdered sugar
- Topping:
- 1 (8 oz) HAWAII’S OWN Guava Nectar concentrate
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/3 Cup water
Apricot Mango Chicken

Preheat the broiler. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1/2 to 3/4 pounds)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1 (16-ounce) can apricot halves, drained

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
Banana Split Pancakes

In a large bowl, combine baking mix, milk, 1/4 cup chocolate syrup, and the egg
- 2 cups baking mix
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup chocolate flavor syrup, plus additional for topping
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons shortening, divided
- 4 medium bananas, sliced
- 3 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
- 8 maraschino cherries with stems
Rice Cooker Mac and Cheese

Combine macaroni, broth and cream in Rice Cooker, press cook and stir occasionally
- 1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth or 1 1/2 cups water and a good-quality chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Pumpkin Pie Sheet Cake

1. To make the crust, pour the cake mix into your stand mixer, or medium sized mixing bowl
- Filling:
- 1 Yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup Butter; Melted
- 1 Egg
- 1-29 ounce can Pumpkin
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Cloves
- 4 Eggs
- 2-12 ounce cans Evaporated milk
Harvest Pudding

Preheat oven to 350 degree F
- 1 cup peeled and grated sweet potato (about 1 medium or 1/2 pound)
- 1 cup peeled and grated carrot (about 3 carrots)
- 1 cup peeled, cored, and grated apple (about 1 large apple)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup cracker crumbs or matzo meal
- 1/2 cup chopped prunes
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 1/2 cup pecan halves
- 1 box (15 ounce) refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- Filling:
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples (4 medium)
- Topping:
- Whipped cream, if desired

- 1/2 cup(s) low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
