Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cake:
- 2 sticks (1 cup) butter
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, divided
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Frosting:
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) margarine
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 (16-ounce) box confectioners’ sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Peppermint White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Mix the butter and sugars in bowl
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peppermint candy cane, crushed

1 Heat oven to 350° (325° for dark or nonstick pans)
- 1 box white cake mix
- Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 container (12 oz) chocolate frosting
- 1 container (12 oz) white frosting
- 1 container (12 oz) strawberry frosting
- Assorted Decorating Decors candy sprinkles
- Additional miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Rice with Black Beans

1 Add ¼ cup water to 4 quart saucepan over medium heat
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) Black Beans, undrained
- 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp. Golden Cooking Wine
- 1 tbsp. Goya Recaito
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 packet Sazón GOYA® without Annatto
- ½ tsp. brown sugar
- ½ tsp. Oregano leaf, or to taste
- ½ tsp. White Vinegar
- ¼ tsp. Cumin, or to taste
- GOYA® Adobo-All Purpose Seasoning with Pepper, to taste
- 2 cups cooked CANILLA® Extra-Long Grain Rice
Mom's Chili

In a medium frying pan, brown ground chuck and onion; drain
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 cans (15.5 oz. each) Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 1 can (10.75 oz.) tomato soup
- 1 can (10.75 oz.) water
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 cans (14.5 oz. each) stewed tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. sour cream
- 2 cups macaroni (prepared according to package
Golden Macaroni & Cheese

In a large saucepan over medium heat, sauté onion and garlic in butter until translucent
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 T. butter
- 10-3/4 oz. can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. milk
- 16-oz. pkg. pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
- 8-oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked

1 Heat oven to 350°. Stir baking mix, sweet potatoes, water and sugar until soft dough forms
- 2 cups Bisquick® Original baking mix
- 3/4 cup mashed cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup warm water (105° to 115°)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 12 whole cashews
- 36 raisins
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 drops red food color

- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1 cup coarsely crushed saltines
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1/8 tsp pepper

Southwest Black Bean and Corn Salad

1. Place black beans, corn, garbanzo beans, peas, olives, pepper, onion, and jicama in a large bowl
- 1 15-ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 15-ounce can corn niblets, drained
- 1/2 cup garbanzo beans or chickpeas, drained
- 1/2 cup frozen peas (do not thaw)
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1 medium red pepper, diced
- 1/2 medium red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup diced jicama (optional)
- 6 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar (or 2 packets no-calorie sweetener)
- 2 cloves or 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed garlic
