Strawberry Charlotte

Prepare pudding according to package directions, using the fat-free milk; set aside to cool
- 1 (4-serving-size) package sugar-free cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- 1 quart fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract, divided
- 1 (3-ounce) package ladyfingers, split in half
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds (See Note)
PEACHY SALSA PORK

Cook rice as pkg. directs Toss pork with seasoning mix - Brown in hot oil - drain off fat
- 2 lbs pork 9loose ground or thin sliced up chops)
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 2 T oil
- 16 oz jar salsa (I use mild picante but you can use salsa if prefer)
- 6 T peach preserves
- hot, cooked rice
French Salad Dressing

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat
- 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 white granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse grind black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch dried thyme

- 1-1/2 cups finely crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups fresh or frozen loose-pack raspberries, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
- 3 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate pieces (6 oz.), melted and cooled
Maple-Bacon Cinnamon Rolls

Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray
- 2 cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® Crescent Recipe Creations® refrigerated flaky dough sheet
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 5 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 3 to 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 tablespoons real maple syrup

Cream the butter and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment for 1 minute
- 1/4 pound (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature

- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) caramels
- 2 Tablespoons milk
- 2 Tablespoons butter (no substitutes)
- 2 Cups coarsely chopped pecans
- 1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 block paraffin
- Pam or other non-stick cooking spray
- OR
- 4 oz. white candy coating, coarsely chopped
- 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate candy coating, coarsely chopped
