Unstuffed Green Pepper Soup

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 10 3/4 oz. cans tomato soup
- 1 28-oz. can petite diced tomatoes
- 1 4-oz. can mushroom pieces, drained
- 2 cups green peppers, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
Angelic Pasta

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
- 1 pound angel hair pasta (capellini)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 large tomatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil (see Note)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Romano Basil Turkey Breast

Combine cheese, basil, lemon slices and garlic
- 4 ounces Romano cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
- 4 lemon slices
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bone-in turkey breast (4 to 5 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Slow-Cooker Braised Short Ribs with Honey Garlic Glaze

Allow ribs to come to room temperature for thirty minutes
- Honey Garlic Glaze:
- 2 pounds bone-in beef short ribs
- Salt and pepper
- 2 ounces canola oil
- Beef stock, enough to fully cover the short ribs (about 32 ounces)
- 6 cloves garlic, sliced thick
- 1 large onion, sliced into 1 inch rings
- 1 stalk celery, sliced thick
- 2 carrots, sliced thick
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 stalk lemongrass, cut in half and brused
- 1 inch piece of peeled ginger
- 1/2 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced fine
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions, both white and green

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup

- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
- 1/4 teaspoon each ground allspice, cloves and nutmeg

- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1/2 cup Goya Sofrito
- 1/2 cup Goya Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Golden Cooking Wine
- 1 tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 packets Sazón Goya con Culantro & Achiote
- 1/8 tsp. Cumin
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup diced Pimientos
- 1/4 cup sliced Spanish Olives
White Bean and Chicken Chili

Place beans and broth in slow cooker
- 2 (15 oz.) cans white beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 whole bone-in chicken breasts (3 lb.)
- Salt and pepper
- 2 onions, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 (4 oz.) cans roasted green chilies, drained
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin

- 1 16 ounce package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

- 1 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups skim milk (or 2% if you want it creamier)
- 1 large potato, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (optional)
