In a small punch bowl, combine eggnog, ice cream, coffee, and rum flavoring
- 1 quart commercial eggnog
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee crystals
- 1/2 teaspoon rum flavoring
- Whipped cream
- Ground nutmeg
Cherry Pie Supreme

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 1 can (1 pound 6 ounce) cherry pie filling
- 4 packages (8 ounce size) soft cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
Beer-Battered Shrimp

In deep 10-inch skillet, heat 1 1/2 inches oil over medium heat to 375°
- 1 cup Original Bisquick® mix
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup regular or nonalcoholic beer
- 1 egg
- 1 lb uncooked peeled deveined large (16 to 20 count) shrimp, thawed if frozen, tail shells removed
- 3 to 4 tablespoons Original Bisquick® mix
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup sweet-and-sour sauce
Shoyu (Soy Sauce) Chicken

Add all to pot. Bring to boil
- 1 c. shoyu
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 cloves garlic (smashed)
- 1 Tbsp. ground ginger

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® refrigerated biscuits
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
Mexican Fiesta Chili

1 In large pot, heat oil over medium heat
- Chili:
- 1 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- ½ tbsp. Minced Garlic
- 1 lb. ground lean beef
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 packet Chicken Flavored Bouillon
- 1 Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) Golden Corn, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (8 oz.) Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup GOYA® Mild Salsa Pico de Gallo
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
- Toppings:
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
- Sour cream (optional)
Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 full rack baby back ribs brined overnight*
- 1 cup ponzu
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 2 large red onions, sliced
- 2 cups cranberries, washed, dried
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Canola oil
Shrimp Scampi with Pasta

In a large skillet, add the oil and butter
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2-1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 lb. large shrimp, shelled and de-veined, with tails on
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Pasta, cooked according to pkg. directions
Copycat Krispy Kreme Donuts

Dissolve yeast in warm water in bowl of your stand mixer
- 2 pkgs. yeast
- 1/4 cup water (105-115 degrees)
- 1-1/2 cups lukewarm milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup butter
- 5 cups all-purpose flour vegetable oil
- Glaze: 1/3 cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 –6 tbl. hot water
- colored sprinkles if desired. I asked the cashier to sell me a half coffee cup full of the ones they use on their heart donuts.
