Grilled Pizza Pockets

Divide the crust dough into 8 small balls
- 1 batch homemade crust or store bought crust ($1)
- 1/4 –1/2 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce ($.25)
- Toppings – pepperoni, sausage, olives, green peppers, onions, mushrooms…whatever! ($1.50)
- 1-2 cups cheese, any variety – recommend mozzarella and Parm or pizza blend ($.67-$1.25)
- Fresh fruit, as side item ($.50-$1)
White Chocolate Cupcakes with Raspberry Filling Cupcakes

1. Put white chocolate in heatproof bowl
- 5 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped 11/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour 1/4 cup cake flour (not self-rising),
- preferably unbleached
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract 2/3 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) salted butter, at room temperature
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup raspberry jam
- White chocolate cream cheese icing
Best-Ever Cheddar Burgers

In a large bowl, combine turkey, onions, parsley and seasonings; form into 4 burgers
- 2 lbs. ground turkey
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 T. hamburger grill seasoning
- 1 t. poultry seasoning
- 2 T. oil
- 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced
- 8 slices Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. whole-berry cranberry sauce
- 2 T. spicy brown mustard
- 4 hamburger buns, split and toasted
- 8 leaves green leaf lettuce
Chewy Triple Ginger Cookies

1 In medium bowl, stir together flour, ground ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, allspice and cloves; set aside
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons light molasses
- 1 tablespoon grated gingerroot
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped crystallized ginger
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Traditional Herb Stuffing *(GOOD)*

- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 4 cups cubed herb-seasoned stuffing

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (1-1/4-ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 (8-ounce) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
Orange Spice Cupcakes with Cinnamon-Orange Cream Cheese Frosting

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups orange juice
- 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 eggs
- Zest of one orange
- 1/2 pkg sugar free/fat free vanilla instant pudding mix
- Cinnamon-Orange Cream Cheese Frosting (recipe and ingredients follow)
Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes

Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat
- Potatoes:
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
- 26-ounce bag frozen shredded hash browns
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

In Slow Cooker insert, place chicken
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 can condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 box Chicken Stovetop Stuffing
- 6 (approx.) slices deli ham (I used honey ham)
- 6 (approx.) slices swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter, cut into lots of pieces
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Chinese Sweet and Sour Spareribs

1. Soak the ribs in cold water for at least half an hour to get rid of blood
- 2 Lb Spareribs cut to 2-3 inch pieces
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Black vinegar
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 cup Water
- 1 Scallion, cut to 2 inch long pieces
- 3 slice Ginger
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- Roasted sesame seeds for garnishing
