- 8 garlic cloves, minced (about 5 teaspoons)

- 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup molasses

- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 4 pounds baby back pork ribs

- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 oz. chopped cooking ham
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 medium garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp. vinegar

- 6-8 chopped olives
- 1 tsp. capers
- 1 red Chayanne pepper
- 1 envelope of Knorr Culantro, Achiote and Oregano

- 1 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 1/4 tsp baking soda

- 4 oz (reduced-fat) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 2 cups (low-fat) Milk
- 1 can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can Mexi-corn, drained
- 1 bunch Green Onions, chopped
- 1 Small Can Diced Green Chilies, drained
- 1 Small Can Sliced Black Olives, drained
- 6 Corn Tortillas
- 2 Large Cans White Chicken Meat, drained or 4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
