- 2 (12-pancake) packages frozen pancakes
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8-ounce) package mascarpone cheese
- 2/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa

Cinnamon-Apple Parfaits

Combine oats, brown sugar and butter; spread in an ungreased 8x8" baking pan
- 1 c. quick-cooking oats, uncooked
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 (21-oz.) can apple pie filling, warmed
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, slightly softened

1. Layer ingredients in a bread or cake pan that fits in your slow cooker, in the order listed
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

- 1/2 cup chopped nuts

- 1 1/2 cups teriyaki marinade
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 6 lean pork chops (3 1/2 pounds), cut 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches thick

In 4-quart saucepan, heat 2 quarts water to boiling over high heat
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 3 tablespoons finely sliced fresh chives
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cups fresh cauliflower florets (about 1 lb)
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets (7 oz)
Eye Opener Lemon Coconut Chicken

- 4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 (3-1/2 ounce) can flaked coconut

- 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1-oz. pkg. buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
- 5 lbs. potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked
- Optional: 2 to 3 T. milk
