Homemade Pizza

In large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in water; let stand for 5 minutes
- 1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1-1/4 cups warm water (110° to 115°)
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 3 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Chicken Teriyaki

In large bowl, mix together all ingredients except chicken
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Basic Sandwich

Add ingredients-dry and than wet in bread maker
- 3 cups Bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Dry milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 1/4 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Dry Yeast
Turkey Portobello

Cook spaghetti according to package directions
- 6 ounces uncooked spaghetti
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey breast
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup sliced baby portobello mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 2

COOK NOODLES IN UNSALTED WATER
- 3 cups egg noodles
- 1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 7 ounces tuna, drained
- 2 cups grated cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup french fried onions
- 1/2 cup potato chips, crushed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 4 teaspoons almond extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup blanched almonds
Cheesy Chicken and Noodles

Preheat oven to 400*. Cook noodles as directed in large stock pot
- 3 Chicken Breast, Cubed
- 1 16oz Box of Pasta (I used bow tie pasta)
- 1 10 3/4oz Can of Cheddar Soup
- 1/4 Cup of Milk
- 1 Tbsp of Butter
- 1/2 Tsp of Pepper
- 1/2 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Handful of Bread Crumbs

- For the chocolate cake:
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 6 tbsp. dark cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable or canola oil
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup black coffee
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- For the white cake:
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 8 tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup very cold water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- For the strawberry cake:
- 1 1/4 cups plus 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 oz. strawberry gelatin
- 8 tbsp. unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup sweetened strawberry puree*
- For the filling:
- Vanilla buttercream or good quality strawberry jam
- For the strawberry buttercream frosting:
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (8 oz.), rinsed, hulled and coarsely chopped*
- 4 large egg whites
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 3 sticks (1 1/2 cups) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- To make the strawberry puree, process partially thawed frozen strawberries with a bit of sugar in a blender or food processor until smooth. If using sweetened frozen strawberries, no additional sugar is necessary.
