Shrimp Fried Rice

1 Heat half the peanut oil in large pan; add shrimp and sauté until cooked through
- 2 oz. peanut oil
- 4 shrimp U-15, peeled, deveined and cut into ½-inch rounds
- 1½ tsp. Minced Garlic, or 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- ¼ tsp. ginger, chopped
- 4 eggs, large
- ½ cup frozen Peas
- 2 cups CANILLA® Extra Long Grain Rice, cooked
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sesame oil

Southern Fried Chicken with Gravy

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first seven ingredients
- CREAMY GRAVY:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 broiler/fryer chicken (3 to 3-1/2 pounds), cut up
- Oil for frying
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2-1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Slow Cooker Pumpkin Pie

Makes 4-6 servings 1. Mix together all ingredients
- 15-oz. can solid pack pumpkin
- 12-oz. can evaporated milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup buttermilk baking mix
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter, or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Honey Garlic Pork Chops

In 9x13-inch baking dish, combine all ingredients except pork chops; mix well
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 4 (3/4-inch) pork loin chops (about 2 pounds total), well trimmed

1 Preheat KitchenAid® Multi-Cooker to Sauté setting
- 6 thick slices applewood-smoked bacon (about 6 ounces), cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 beef chuck arm pot roast (about 3 pounds bone-in), cut into pieces to fit if necessary
- 2 large onions (about 11⁄2 pounds), thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 3/4 cups beef broth
- 1 bottle (12 ounces) light-colored beer
