1 In 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker, mix all ingredients except shrimp and rice
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped (1 cup)

Bring large quantity of heavily salted water to boil in large pot over high heat
- 1 lb Spaghetti

- 2/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

- 1/4 lb Thinly Sliced Prosciutto or Cut Into Chiffonade, optional

- 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper

- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup carrot, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 4 (14 ounce) cans low sodium chicken broth
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup (with roasted garlic)
- 2 teaspoons fines herbes (chervil, chives, parsley, and tarragon)
