Herb-Roasted Turkey

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into quarters

In a small bowl, combine the steak seasoning, rosemary and thyme; rub over meat
- HORSERADISH SAUCE:
- 1/2 teaspoon steak seasoning

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
