Asparagus Shepherd’s Pie

Add potatoes to a saucepan; cover with water
- 6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 10-3/4 oz. can cream of asparagus soup
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 t. dried sage
- 3/4 t. salt
- 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
- paprika to taste
Snowy Lemon Bars

In a large bowl, combine one egg, butter, lemon zest and lemon juice
- 3 eggs, divided
- 1/3 c. butter, melted and
- slightly cooled
- 1 T. lemon zest
- 3 T. lemon juice
- 18-1/2 oz. pkg. white cake mix
- 1 c. chopped almonds
- 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- Garnish: additional powdered sugar

- 1 1/2 cups honey graham cracker crumbs
- 1 1/2 cups black walnuts, chopped

1 In 4-quart saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)

- 1 carton (32 oz) Progresso® chicken broth
- 12 baby-cut carrots, cut in half lengthwise
- 4 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 medium zucchini, cubed
- 1 medium yellow squash, cubed
- 1 box (9 oz) Green Giant® Simply Steam® frozen baby sweet peas, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill weed
- 1 can (10.2 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Flaky Layers refrigerated biscuits (5 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Family Favorite Buffalo Tenders

In medium bowl, mix chicken and wing sauce
- 1 package (14 oz) uncooked chicken tenders (not breaded)
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 cup Progresso® plain panko crispy bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
- Additional Buffalo wing sauce, if desired

- 3/4 cup borax
- 3/4 cup Super Washing Soda (or soda ash)
- 1 empty one-gallon container.
- 2 or 3 cups of the hottest water you have available out of your tap.
- 3/4 cup blue Dawn dishwashing liquid
