- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 4 scallions, sliced thin
- 1 large carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 celery rib, chopped fine
Marshmallow Fluff Icing (Frosting)

- 1/2 cup sweet-and-sour sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles (3 oz)
- 1 package (8 oz) fresh sugar snap pea pods
- 1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup cashew pieces

- 2 tsp Cajun Spice Mix
- 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small pieces

- 1 tsp instant vegetarian chicken bouillon granules
- 1 Tbsp dried chopped celery
- 2 tsp dried minced onion

- 1/8 tsp ground pepper
