Salted Caramel Mocha

Prepare coffee. Place caramel sauce, cocoa powder, sugar and sea salt in a mug
- 1 shot of espresso or 3/4 cup strong coffee
- 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (see recipe below)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (more or less to taste)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- pinch of sea salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- whipped cream (optional)
- extra caramel sauce and sea salt to drizzle/sprinkle on top
(Better Than) Cranberry Bliss Bars

Cream Butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and orange zest and beat until combined
- BARS:
- 1 cup butter (2 sticks, very soft)
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 Tablespoons orange zest
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries (Craisins)
- 3/4 cup chopped white chocolate or white chocolate chips
Southwest Marinated Grilled Chicken

- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken quarters

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 (16.3-ounce) package refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Seared Scallops with Asian Lime-chile Sauce

Soak skewers in water 30 minutes
- 1 small garlic clove, chopped
- 1 small fresh hot chile (2 1/2 inches long, preferably red), chopped, including seeds
- 2 1/4 teaspoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Asian fish sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 16 medium sea scallops (1 pound), tough muscle removed from side of each if necessary
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Special equipment: 4 (8-inch) bamboo skewers
Bean and Beef Stew with Red Kidney Beans & Burgundy Wine

1. Heat oil on medium in a large pot and brown beef in batches
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
- 3 lbs. beef chuck, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 medium onions, chopped coarsely
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups Burgundy wine
- 2 packets Powdered Beef Bouillon
- 2 packets GOYA® Ham Concentrate (optional)
- 2 tsp. GOYA® Sofrito
- 2 tsp. GOYA® Adobo All-Purpose Seasoning with Pepper
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 6 carrots, peeled and cut into 3-inch lengths
- 6 parsnips, peeled and cut into 3-inch lengths
- 8 small new red potatoes, scrubbed and halved
- 1 can (15.5 oz.) Red Kidney Beans undrained.
Artichoke 'n Bacon Crescent Squares

- 2 cans (8 ounce each) Crescent Recipe Creations refrigerated seamless dough sheet
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 2 jars (6 to 7 ounces each) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
- 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
- 1 cup seeded diced plum (Roma ) tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

- 2 tablespoon seafood seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
