Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons (from a 4-serving size box) orange-flavored gelatin
- 1 (4-serving size) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 2 eggs, separated
- 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 (7 ounrce) package flaked coconut, divided
- 1 teaspoon water
Let-It-Snow Cocoa

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 6 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Gingerbread Men Cookies

1. Mix flour, ginger, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg and salt in large bowl
- 2 teaspoons Ginger, Ground
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, Ground
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg, Ground
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
Dave's Famous Chili *(GOOD)*

Chop green pepper, onion, garlic and celery
- 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 3 Cloves of Fresh Garlic
- 4 Stalks of Celery
- 2 Cans Red Kidney Beans
- 1 Can Whole Tomatoes
- 2 Large Cans of Tomato Sauce
- 5 teaspoon Chili Powder
- 3 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, diced
Ginger Pork and Snow Peas

1 Cook rice in microwave as directed on package
- 1 package (8.8 oz) microwavable long-grain white rice
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1 package (6 oz) fresh snow pea pods, strings removed
- 1 cup orange-ginger stir-fry sauce
Barbeque Ribs *(GOOD)*

Mix brown sugar, salt, paprika, mustard and garlic together and rub on ribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Garlic
- 4 to 6 pounds ribs
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon. butter
French Style Lasagna

Heat oven to 350°F. In 12-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups chopped eggplant
- 2 cups chopped yellow summer squash
- 2 cups chopped zucchini
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup tomato sauce (from 15-oz can)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon dried herbes de Provence
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package (1 lb) uncooked lasagna noodles
- 8 oz sliced fresh mozzarella
- 7 oz crème fraîche
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Pastele Stew (Instant Pot Recipe)

Press “sauté” and add 3 tablespoons achiote oil
- Banana mixture:
- 3 tablespoons Achiote Oil (made with achiote seeds and vegetable oil)
- 2 onions, diced
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 3 lbs. pork belly, cut into small bite pieces
- Cilantro (chopped)
- Sazon Goya Seasoning (2 packets)
- Tomato Paste, 1 small can
- Tomato Sauce, 2 small cans
- Water, 2 cups
- Whole pitted olives, 2 cans, drained
- Mix the following and mash, mixing thoroughly, set aside
- Plantain Banana, 1 Large or 2 medium (peeled and grated)
- 3 tablespoons Achiote Oil
Reuben Dip

- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 (8-ounce) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped 1/2 pound deli sliced corned beef, finely chopped 1 cup (4-ounces) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
