Boston Cream Dessert Cups

Heat oven to 350°. Line 23 regular-size muffin cups with paper baking cups
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker® sugar cookie mix
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 box (4-serving size) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
- 1 container (1 lb) Betty Crocker® Rich & Creamy chocolate frosting
Carrot Cake Bars#2

1. Heat oven to 350°F. You'll need a 13 x 9-in
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 3 large eggs
- 1 jar (3.5-oz) baby-food strained carrots
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tsp each baking powder and ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 1/2 cup each raisins and chopped pecans
- 3 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
- Marzipan holly leaves and berries (see below)
Champagne Cupcakes with Sweet Champagne

Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Sweet Champagne Buttercream Frosting Ingredients:
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup champagne (the sweeter the better – even strawberry would be great!!)
- 6 egg whites
- 3 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons champagne, at room temperature
Eggnog Cookies #4

Heat oven to 300. In med. bowl combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon & nutmeg
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- 1/2 c. eggnog
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 egg yolks
- Ground nutmeg for decoration
Texas T bones

Preheat broiler. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except steaks; mix well
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tablespoon ground cumin
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon coarse (kosher) salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 beef T-bone steaks (1 pound each), 1 inch thick
Cheesy Buffalo Chicken Dip

1.In a 3-quart slow cooker, mix cream cheese, dressing, blue cheese crumbles, and wing sauce
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- Tortilla chips
Red Potato Salad

In a large pot of boiling water, cook potatoes 15 to 20 minutes, or until fork-tender; drain
- 3 pounds red potatoes, skins on, washed and cut into medium-sized chunks 1/2 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup seasoned original flavor rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup packed cilantro leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Crusty Blueberry Cobbler

- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups biscuit baking mix
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter for dotting
Beer Battered Fish Made Great

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 365 degrees
- 2 quarts vegetable oil for frying
- 8 (4 ounce) cod fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
