Strawberry Mallow Chocolate Cookies

Cream butter and sugars together in a mixer with your paddle attachment
- 1 C. Butter (2 sticks)
- 1 C. Sugar
- 1 C. Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 Eggs
- 2 1/2 C. Flour
- 3/4 C. Cocoa Powder
- 1 Tsp. Baking Soda
- 1/2 C. Cinnamon
- 1/2 C. Sugar
Japanese Potato Salad

1. Gather all the ingredients
- 2 Russet potatoes
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 large egg
- 2 1/2 inch carrot
- 1/4 cup corns
- 2 inch English cucumber (The cucumber in this photo is about 3", but you just need about 2")
- 2 slices black forest ham
- 1/3 cup Japanese mayonnaise
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Pastele Stew

In a large pot, add the chopped pork belly and pork butt and simmer over medium heat
- 2 pounds pork belly, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 pounds pork butt, cut into bite size pieces
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 3 stalks celery, diced
- 1 bunch cilantro (Chinese parsley) chopped
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can whole pitted olives, drain
- 3 to 4 Hawaiian chili peppers
Chicken-Green Bean Skillet

Cut chicken into pieces; cut each breast half into halves
- 2 /12 pounds broiler-fryer chicken
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour (If using self rising flour, decrease salt in flour mixture to 1/2 teaspoon)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen green beans
- 2 medium carrots, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 medium stalk celery, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch slices (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 small onion, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 medium tomato, cut into sixths or 1 medium red pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sliced
Golden-Crusted Chicken-Asparagus Lasagna

1 Heat oven to 350º. Grease rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles (9 ounces)
- 2 pounds asparagus, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning salt
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups Progresso® chicken broth (from 32-ounce carton)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons fresh marjoram leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers, from 7-ounce jar, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 ounces)
