Melt butter over medium heat in medium saucepan
- 3 tablespoons butter or oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- Salt and pepper
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 16 assorted pieces chicken (breasts, drumsticks, thighs and wings)
Cookies & Cream Fudge

LINE 9-inch-square baking pan with foil
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
- 2/3 cup (5 fl.-oz. can) Evaporated Milk
- 2 cups (12-oz. pkg.) Premier White Morsels
- 1 jar (7 oz.) marshmallow crème
- 1/2 cup finely crushed cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 cup crumbled cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
Ranch Potatoes

1. Spray the interior of the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
- 2 1/2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 envelope dry buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
- 10 3/4 -oz. can cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (2 1/4-ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 to 2 pounds total), pounded to 1/4-inch thickness
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Garlicky Baked Chicken

In a medium sized bowl, mix together all the ingredients except the chicken and parsley
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon brown seasoning sauce
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves chopped parsley for garnish
Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan

Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over bottom of crockpot stoneware
- 2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (I cut mine into strips, to make them into more reasonable serving sizes for the kids)
- 1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 4-6 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar (28-ounces) favorite marinara sauce

- 2 (15-1/4-ounce) cans whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, rinsed and drained
