- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 3/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1 can (8 ounces) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons Granulated Sugar
- 4 teaspoons white vinegar

Mix sugar and Crisco. Add cocoa and milk then dry ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup Crisco
- 3/4 cup hershey cocoa
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Spinach Artichoke Dip

1. Whisk cream cheese, mayonnaise, water, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl until well combined
- 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbs water
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cups jarred whole artichokes packed in water, rinsed, patted dry, and chopped
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 2 Tbs minced fresh chives

- Garlic bulb 1
- Whole cloves 20
- Pork 10 lbs
- Beef 5 lbs.
- Salt pork or bacon 6 ounce
- Crushed garlic 3 teaspoons
- Salt 1/3 cup
- Paprika 4 tablespoons
- Nutmeg 1 tablespoon

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1/2 Cup butter, softened
- 1/2 Cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 36 milk chocolate kisses
CUBANO CHICKEN (PICKLE, HAM AND SWISS CHICKEN ROLL UPS)

DIRECTIONS: Place chicken in a shallow bowl and cover with pickle juice (enough to cover completely)
- INGREDIENTS:
- 4 (1 lb) thin boneless chicken cutlets
- 1 1/4 cups pickle juice (enough to cover chicken)
- 4 teaspoons deli mustard
- 2 oz thin sliced reduced sodium deli ham
- 2 oz shredded Swiss cheese
- 1-2 dill pickles, sliced very thin lengthwise, dried on paper towel (I used a mandolin)
- olive oil spray
- For the breading:
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs*
- 1/3 cup seasoned panko*

- 1 1 1 Tbs minced fresh thyme, or 1 tsp dried
- 1 1 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 2 2 Tbs soy sauce
- 4 4 4 tsp packed brown sugar
- 2 2 2 bay leaves
- 4 4 3/4 4 (8-10 ounce) bone-in blade-cut pork chops, 3/4 inch thick, trimmed
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 1 1 Tbs cider vinegar
- 1 1 1 Tbs minced fresh parsley

Place chicken in heavy kettle with next five ingredients and three cups of water
- 1 five-pound stewing chicken cut into serving pieces
- 1 onion stuck with two cloves
- 2 stalks celery with leaves
- 1 Tbs salt
- 1/2 bay leaf
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 cup flour
- salt to taste
- Tabasco sauce
- 1/2 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 1 egg yolk, beaten slightly
- 1 Tbs dry sherry
- 3 Tbs light cream
- 1 (8oz) package macaroni
- 2 Tbs grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp butter
- toasted almonds
