Bacon-Braised Brussel Sprouts

Brown bacon & onions to almost cooked
- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts, cleaned and trimmed
- 6 oz Bacon, raw & chopped into small pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4-6 Tbsp water
Warm Crab Parmesan Dip

Preheat oven to 350 In a small baking dish, mix all ingredients
- 1 pkg crab, flaked
- 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
Pumpkin Mousse

Blend
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp. agave
- 1 scoop protein powder (20 grams)
- 2 teaspoons L-Glutamine powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Topped with Enjoy Life chocolate chips… yum!
Cinnamon Rolls

1. Preheat the oven to 350F
- ROLLS
- 1 3/4 cups almond flour (I use Honeyville brand)
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or ghee, softened
- 2 Tbsp. raw honey, softened
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- FILLING
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil or ghee
- 2 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
- GLAZE
- 1/4 cup raw honey, softened
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or ghee, softened
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Pumpkin Pie (Sugar, Gluten Free)

Don't be impatient when making this one
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup rice malt syrup
- 1 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
- 3/4 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1-2 tablespoon arrowroot
- grated zest of 1 lemon
- For the Crust
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups almond or hazelnut meal, or a combination of both
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. raw honey
- 1/2 Tbsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. ground mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Spicy Chunky Tomato Soup

Sauté first 3 ingredients in the olive oil til tender Add remaining ingredients
- 1 C chopped onion
- 1 C chopped green pepper
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 C olive oil
- 3 C H2O
- 16 oz canned diced tomatoes (Cajun if you can find)
- 6oz can tomato paste
- 2 pkgs frozen peas/corn/carrots mix
- 1 cubed ham steak
- 1 cubed smoked sausage ring
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- salt/pepper to taste
- hot sauce to taste
