Mexican Chicken Soup

1. Remove the meat from your rotisserie chicken
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 4 cups of chicken broth (if not making it with soup)
- 1/2 onion
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 sweet potato
- 4 tbsp butter
- Fresh cilantro
- Lime juice (half a lime)
- Salt and pepper, as desired
Crockpot Italian Chicken

Cook on low for 8 hours. Add cream cheese 1 hour before serving
- 4 4 4 chicken breasts (frozen)
- 1 1 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning
- 8 8 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 2 2 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 4 on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little milk

Meaty Spaghetti Sauce

1. Prepare vegetables. Melt lard/bacon fat or tallow in a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 pd. ground beef
- 1 pd. ground breakfast sausage
- 1 Tbsp. lard/bacon fat or tallow
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped or pressed
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 3 medium sized tomatoes, chopped (or one 28 ounce can diced tomatoes)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried ground thyme
- Dash red pepper flakes (or more if you want more heat)

1. Using a meat tenderizer tool, pound both sides of steak
- 2 lbs grass fed flank steak
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, smashed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 small lime, juiced
- 1 tbsp dried oregano leaves

- 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Dried crushed red pepper, optional, to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
