Broccoli Salad

1. Cut the bacon crosswise into 1/4-inch wide pieces
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup Mayo
- 1 pound fresh broccoli, broken into small florets
- 1/4 medium red onion, finely diced (about 1/4 cup)
- 2 tablespoons raisins or dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons pecans, chopped
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Red Lobster Biscuits

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp. blanched almond flour
- 2 tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 egg, cold
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated (around 2 oz)
- 2 tbsp. butter, softened (I used salted)
- Finish with Salted butter & dried or fresh parsley
SESAME BEEF AND BROCCOLI

1.In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil and cook the garlic until tender 3-5 minutes
- 1 lb flank steak
- 2 tsp coconut aminos
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp dark sesame oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1-2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups carrots, julienned
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Cashew Butter Dressing

Process all ingredients in a food processor
- 2 " knob of ginger, grated
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1 cup cilantro
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 limes, zested + juiced
- 4 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup warm water
- 1 teaspooon siracha salt/pepper to taste
Choco Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 325F. Mix wet ingredients and blend in a mix of the dry ingredients
- 2 cups cashew or almond meal
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup organic raw honey
- 1/2 cup organic coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla (you can be generous here)
- 1/2 cup pecan pieces
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup bitter organic chocolate chunks or morsels
Tomato Cheddar Fondue

Rub garlic clove over the bottom and sides of a fondue pot; discard garlic and set pot aside
- 1 garlic clove, halved
- 6 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2/3 cup dry white wine
- 6 tablespoons butter, cubed
- 1-1/2 teaspoons dried basil
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Cubed French bread and cooked shrimp
Healthy Guacamole

- 2 avocados
- Half an onion

Baked Parsnip Salmon Cakes
